Just saw this thread - losing weight is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. Here is an article that talks about it. If you are going to exercise, but will eat the same unhealthy food, for example, your exercise will not do much good. However, if you start to eat healthy and eat the right portions of food based on your height and age, then the exercise will have more impact.
