I need an FTP server with a relatively high-bandwidth unmetered connection (50-100mbps), it can be shared but we will be using at least 10mbps most of the time.

The server must have at least 200GB storage and I don't really care about the CPU or RAM.

It must NOT be within the United States, any offers? I'm looking for the lowest price here.

I need test downloads too.
