We represent Tenants and Landlords, Acquisition and Disposition. We have info on a lot of data centers across the US. Most good facilities have been acquired. The bulk of what's left suffers from some age, outdated standards, etc.

For a credit tenant, we can purchase an existing data center, renovate it to a user’s requirements and lease or sell it to them. We typically don’t do this on spec. We can also purchase-upgrade-lease back a customers existing center. We can turn-key from ground up or convert an existing facility.
