That I am pretty sure that is a SAVVIS reseller.
Also you can pretty much ignore the timing out pings on the traceroute - a lot of places block pings (like the ones coming from traceroutes) and that would cause those timeounts - not really much to worry about.
Also if you goto to savvis.net you have the website of a savvis as appose to that savvis reseller. The other thing is SAVVIS is a very good DC in my experience - though that doesn't guarantee the reseller is good. One last thing is when I pinged savvis.net I got average of 117ms pings - however I don't whether it went to their london dc or as I suspect their US dc's. This would a good ping from where I am if I got their US dc - I am in the UK.
