Layer42 staff rude and unresponsive
Staff doesn't respond to emails or update tickets, they must be hounded to provide updates and are often rude and almost hostile.
It can take months to have a patch panel installed or a circuit dropped into a cage or any other work
I actively discourage people from getting space from them. They are cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for.
