Use some paid version of file recovery software. The application you are using probably dont have the ability to recover directory. It can only recover common files. Use the File Scavenger pro version, it will cost you like $180. I know it is costly but if your files are important then you have to pay because this application can recover anything.
Before you go for the pro version, you can use GetDataBack and PC Inspector.
