I think it depends on what you need. Sometimes you can build a scrapheap server and never need another one. Other times, only the top end ones will do. So figure out what you need first.

Thanks for the replies. My primary concern would also be this: support and warranty. But I'm sure that I can find dealers of second hand parts that are willing to throw in some sort of warranty.
