Well i think swipecard, CCTV and manned 24/7 security is probably industry standard now. So depending on your budget that may be a small % or a big one

To some extent they useally do but its a very basic policy

I assume you mean "how do i get connectivity into my rack(s)".

Its very easy just call one of the carriers in Malaysia and ask for a dedicated internet line into your rack where ever your new DC...

Well First and foremost the datacentre would have to look spotless. Id say size wise it would be 3 or 4 floors with varied power and cooling configs to suit customer needs.

Fibre channel traditionally had higher nominal transfer rates over iSCSI. I am unsure if iSCSI has caught upto this yet. But most business's i know use FC

Advantages with iSCSI is hardware...
