It depends on what your servers will be used to, and how much traffic will it pass through them. It sounds decent for a very small data center, I guess.

My company are a little bit paranoid, if I may say so. They use only in-house designed software, and they make sure it's as secure as can possibly be.

When you've got terrabytes of data to backup, I don't think zip drives will be so attractive anymore. You want it to happen fast and smoothly.
