Toronto / GTA need co-location for custom 2U server
 

I'm looking to collocate my dedicated server somewhere in the GTA.
Here is what i need, and the current quote I have is $200/month
I will ONLY sign a contract for 6 months!

I will need:

2U space
4 network connections.
2 - internet, 2 for internal (10.1.1.0)
2 power supply connections.
KVM/IP (if there are any issues)

My custom server is 2 servers in 1 using mini-itx mother boards, so the total power consumption for the server is less than 1A...

Please indicated the bandwidth costs with incremental costs per G as well.
I can place the server anywhere in the Toronto (GTA) area.
