Network: Fully redundant Cisco powered network Hand offs to customers range from 56Kbps to OC-12 (normally 10 – 100Mbps) PSTN services are also available ranging from single analog line to multiples of T3s
Product: We provide a wide range of Co-location products, sizing from 1U to 5000 sq feet. Co-location can be escorted for smaller application and un-escorted with 24x7x365 access. The smallest un-escorted package is a half cabinet with 15 AMP service and a 10Mbps connection. Data can be purchased on a 95 percentile basis or usage by the Giga Byte. Our company also provides off site data storage and network services.

Uptime: Our uptime to this point has been 100%, our customers are guaranteed 99.9995% uptime.

Tech support: 24x7x365, response time is within 5 minutes of the ticket being opened. Customers can open tickets online, via email or through our 800 number.

Backup: As mentioned the network is fully redundant, power is provided via 2 separate power grids, UPS and redundant diesel generators. All environmental is handled by redundant HVAC units, fire suppression provided by INERGEN inert gas.
