Cabling policies in your datacenter?
 

I am in the process of writting down cabling standards and while I can physically enforce standards and policies, I cannot for the life of me figure out what exactly to put in written standards.

Does anybody have any written cabling standards/policies they could share? I am refering to a corporate level, not the industry level.

I have a 6 page document last revised in 2006 for a client of mine. Feel free to email me at <mschwedel@norwintechnologies.com> and I will send you what I have.

I never thought about any standards of cabling but it would be very good to follow certain standard as it would solve half of the problem people face with cabling.
