CASTLE ACCESS COMPLETES SAS70 AUDIT FOR ENTERPRISE DATA CENTER

July 27, 2009 (SAN DIEGO, CA) - Castle Access, Southern California’s leading provider of Tier III enterprise grade data centers, announced today that they have completed their first full SAS70 Type II audit for their new Enterprise Data Center in Rancho Bernardo.

A SAS70 Type II audit is an industry standard that is designed to provide reasonable assurance that a given risk will be mitigated or detected in a timely manner to preclude service interruption, financial misstatement, or any other negatively perceived impact. Third-party independent auditing firm Grant Thornton performed the SAS70 Type II audit for the period that ended on May 31st and focused specifically on Security, Change, Incident and Facility Management in the Data Center environment.
