Need colo in US / Europe

We are looking for more colo space in US/EU.
Requirement
24/7 support
SLA on support and network
IP's should be cheap or free ;)
Multi homed bandwidth
Company could assemble the hardware for us.

Have you considered Equinix?

With their presence in both the US and Europe should suit your needs - while they aren't the cheapest, I've certainly never had consistent reasons to fault them.
