Building a DC in Canada

I recently worked on behalf of Savvis to secure a 100,000sf powered shell facility in Toronto, ON which will become a T3 DC opening in 2014. Hi Michael,

Congrats on your deal. There's been a lot of new capacity coming online in Toronto over the last 12 months. What's your perspective of pricing trends and the supply and demand balance?
