Is there a doc or URL that I can check to do some storage design. We have EMC SAN stoarge and planning to add more DISKs. I want run run few VM boxes on SAN storage.

If you can't find it on there, you're not looking hard enough. They have every storage box and system i've ever seen, or at least the same designs as any other company.
