Server Deployment tools

What sort of tools do you guys use for rapid deployment of phyical server hardware? 'Hand' building is a drag and very time consuming

Good question. We normally do rapid software deployment. We have own tool and all of our linux/unix boxes are in NIS+ and we just push our packages to all the boxes. We don't build our servers in our datacenter. Our servers from SUN and HP.

Server-Boxes are all prebuild, tested by us and on cold-standby. OS/Software is deployed via PXE.
