Does MCI provide carrier services in tornto, canada?

I am not very sure but as far as i know, mci does provide carrier services in canada. You can perhaps find MCI’s datacenter at North Toronto, Ontario.

yea, They do have data centers in Canada, at Montreal and Toronto.
