Outsourced Manned Noc.
 

Hi folks,

Were contemplating at outsourcing a portion of our data center NOC to enhance our customer experience. Are there are good enterprise level outsourced NOC providers that you can recommend ?

We need a NOC provider which has a solid understanding on the Cisco platform (ie. routers, switches, etc). Not many support tickets, but mainly watching the network, infrastructure, etc.
