LEVEL3(Telcove) or MCI IP Transit for this address needed..

We are looking for an ethernet handoff at the following data center address:

1309 Executive Boulevard
Chesapeake, VA 23320

Both MCI and Telcove (recently acquired by LEVEL3) have fiber facilities at this location. There are existing customers with ethernet handoffs. We are looking for a 20Mb commit from either provider. We'd prefer L3 but you'll need to work the system to see that address because it is not listed in their internal database.
