Recomendations for Data Center in St. Louis?

We are shopping for a Data Center in St. Louis MO. We would need a full rack size slot (we have a full height server). We would need about 30mb. This would be for a disaster recovery scenario. The server/bandwidth would be idle 99.9% of the time (hopefully always). We would only bring it live in the case of a sustained outage (fire, tornado, etc) at our main location. We would want physical access to update from tape on occasion (monthy maybe).

Jeff -- NetLogic can provide a cabinet (or similar space), 20 amp 110v power, and 30 Mb Internet for $1650 per month. This is at 210 N Tucker Blvd in downtown St. Louis.
