W2K8 R2 server issue
 

I am trying to develop W2K8 R2 server and getting error messages from the template customization section. When I try to customize template, the error message shows as fatal system error. I have no problem developing it without customization. What should I do?

First you need to boot the vm by using the Windows disk. Then choose the repair option and command prompt. You have to know how to go to the VM BIOS because you have to change the boot order. You need to do that from the boot cd which is important. I believe the last words of your error message is this: "status of 0xc000003a". If it is then you need to follow those steps and everything will work just fine.
