where do your customers come from?

Datacenters and web host's, where do you get msot of your customers from, is mainly Europe and US or elsewhere?

I think that 80% of our customers is from The Netherlands and 20% US.
Some other country's as well; Belgium and Germany, but mostly NL and US.

It all depends on, if you are providing colocation service you may expect local customers. If you are providing dedicated server plan, then you might get more from USA. This is just my suggestion.

US but that is because it is a larger market and we also aim towards them

Jatos 11-24-2004 12:55 PM

Aiming at one country does tend to get customers from them. How easy is to get the customers from a range of countries?

Tris 11-24-2004 07:55 PM

Its very easy. If its the same currency they prefer it or even if its cheap. You jsut have to supply the different languages and get in their magazines and search engines...

Jatos 11-24-2004 09:59 PM

Sounds easy enough, I doubt wether it is though. Am I right Tris?

HostingCorral 11-25-2004 12:13 PM

Whould have to say many of them come from the usa, few for other places.

Tris 11-26-2004 02:28 PM

Well my website is aimed towards USA not towards UK. I just get local clients via business network meetings and putting ads in magazines and newspapers. It says my phone number and nothing more on the ads, except my PO box. So they have no choice to get the USA prices...

What is your website tris?
