ISO Compliance

Working in an ISO certified company is so stressful, every year we are being audited twice to check if we are still at par with our ISO compliance (ISO 9001:2008). Any suggestions on how we can be able to keep up with the ever changing requirements of the standard? We are finding ways in automating our processes and saving our resources as well.

Have you heard of quality management software? If not, try searching online so you would know the benefits of using one. :)

We actually went to a consultant yesterday and she recommended that we get this software from Verse Solutions to help us with our compliance. I'll be contacting them later to ask for a quote and a demo.
