SOPA and Data Centers

The new SOPA rules are almost here, will it force data centers and websites to move away from US soil permanently?

It basically depends on the website that is being hosted. Usually on court order if the site has to be shut down, and the site is the primary source of income, its an issue. Look up Wikipedia and get the exact guidelines of the SOPA.
