I woul advise that if you don't know the answers to these questions, then you are heading into a market which you would need expert advice and guidance upon.

For example, I've purchased UPS equipment that has cost £2000, all th way through to £500000 - but they have been pretty unique to the configuration that was being used and taking into account a large number of design decisions and controlable variables

you can start small with just $1500 per square feet cost. Now you can simply calculate what size do u need to build.

It sound like you are asking for energy monitoring and reports -

This will depend on many thing -

1) How many things are you monitoring? # of connection points
2) What are you monitoring? Chillers, pumps, cracs, air handler, PDU, UPS, etc?
3) What type of Building Management System (BMS)?
4) What integration do you need?

Hope this helps

You could probably get a "ready made" private suite for under $10K/mo... depending on how much space you need. Most datacenters will even assist in actually setting everything up. If you need a reference for places that offer that, PM me.
