Support - Good or Bad

Honestly, do you feel that you give half hearted support to your customers or the best support possible? I'm interested in the replies.

I think support is not suitable word in terms of relation with customer. We can say Best Possible Service we must provide to our customer.

As per my view, I always put my customer on top as they are the key of success in any business. So for me, we must provide good service to them to make them satisfied.

It is important to win the trust of customers because they contribute to the success of the business. So setting up a hot line for them to ask question or place order is one possible solution that may nurture the relationship you have with them.

The basic principles remain the same in both online and offline businesses but priorities do change. One area which becomes crucial in online business is Customer Support Service. You can fill your website with as many details, descriptions, FAQs, specifications and instructions as you want, and still the customers will be willing to communicate with you or your representative before they make some purchase. Not to mention its importance in dealing with the after sale queries. Staff should be fully capable of managing angry customers because the word of mouth spreads faster in cyber world.

So, Good Customer support service is very important especially in online businesses. Disregarding it can prove to be fatal for your business.

I agree! Good Customer support service should be made to put on top of the business, and will not just be only available to online users but also, for in every firms or businesses that renders services to any people or to their customers.

As a owner we would like to give excellent support to the customers, to get success in business getting 10 customers is not an issue, but when you loose one customer you need to find our the reason. As an employee some times very difficult to give an excellent support, some customer get angry on you for no reason, that will make you not to provide good support some times.

I wish all owners and business firms should also think like our admin whcdavid. I went to my internet Service Provider last month and followed up my super slow poke internet connection, when all they've answered me was, "that's just how the way it is". And I ask that staff if they can do something about it it's because it'll going to ruin my business relationship with my client. And he replied back to me, "okay, we will send someone at your house to go and check our equipments, and the connectivity. Give us 2-3 days for that"... And so, 2 weeks later but still, there aren't any personnel from that telecomm company to have checked or fix my internet. Sheeesh, oh how I wish that those people would think the same or prioritize the importance on making "Good Customer Support" to be on top of their businesses.
