Need Linux VPS for my new-built web sites

I`m looking for a long term Linux VPS for my new-built web sites.
Budget $30 + any taxes if applicable
Min 2 core CPU
Min 2GB Ram
Min 50GB HDD
Min 25GB Traffic
Any established web hosts you can recommend?
Any info on Exmasters.com and Rockhoster.com VPS hosting solutions? Are they reliable? Alternatives for comparison?

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!

I wouldn't move from exmasters.com hosting for anything, not while it's working as great as now!
Great support, personalized service, and deff recommend.
