Efficient Backup Data Recovery

Hi all! Does anyone know an efficient backup and data recovery solution. We've been having computer problems and sometimes we lose important data. Do you have a good one that you can share with me? Thanks!

Hello,

You can use rsync scripts but we prefer provide r1soft solutions to our customers.
It allows you to schedule backups, restore a particular file or do a bare-metal.
It works really great.
