Looking for IRC server

Looking for any company that is realiable. Also, if possible one that have
managed or fully managed servers (for IRC Search Engine). Any offers or
recommendations?

you can try managed.com or fdcservers.com for IRC.

but one point : both are supportless....

if you can get on the ride without support and stable billing service ,go with them.
