Stay away from WBS Connect

Just a word of warning. If you are thinking of purchasing any bandwidth through wbsconnect.com don't do it. They have no support system for problems, they took over 90 days to get circuits installed, they didn't notify the provider they were going through that they wanted our circuits so the provider suddenly turned one of them off in the middle of the day and reallocated our IPs to someone else.

The management team, while always seeming to want to please, apparently doesn't speak with each other. Agreements were made with me and then broken by another management member with no word from the original person as to what is going on. I have no clue what this company is doing but if you have a choice to buy bandwidth from someone I suggest not going with wbsconnect.com

A couple weeks ago I posted some comments expressing my frustration with WBS Connect over a few service and contractual issues, since then I have worked with WBS Connect’s management. There were miscommunications and WBS has taken responsibility for the issues and worked to resolve my concerns.
