Depends if you are on a FE port or a GigE port.

If you're on FE, you can push 100Mbps 24/7.

GigE port you'll be able to go all the way up to 1Gigabit 24/7..

Well, if price is your main concern we can offer a solution, with a 100mbit/sec connection, for $25 per mbit/sec and then $35 per u of rack space, or $1000 a month for a full rack with 40A. This is in Equinix in Chicago using BtN, Savvis, and Level(3) bandwidth. Also, 100% SLA, etc.
