Installation is 18 days after credit approval by WCIX.
The carriers' Service Level Agreement (SLA) is applicable, remedies from the carrier will be passed-through to the end-user. WCIX does not warrant nor guarantee network performance.
WCIX provides proactive monitoring of your circuit and outage technical support. Monitoring includes:
* Real time connectivity monitoring from 3 locations in North America
* Real time latency monitoring from 3 locations in North America
* Continuous bandwidth monitoring to determine abnormal traffic patterns
Pricing does not include hardware.
Pricing does NOT include local, state, Federal, or utility taxes, fees, or charges. Should any taxes, fees, or charges be applicable now or in the future, they will be added at actual cost, without mark-up.
Dedicated Internet access will be via a direct connection to the carrier.
Internet routing will be provided by the carrier. Billing and level-1 technical support will be through WCIX
IP addresses will be provided subject to standard ARIN requirements.

1. There is no way that we can make this happen by April 1st. The earliest is probably the third week of April.

4. Yes, this is a direct connection to the carrier, not a resold connection. There is no third party equipment in-between.
