Dedicated server in Europe wanted

Okay i need a server in EU, as close to Sweden as possible, or a Telia GigE-line, is a big plus.

Requirments:
IRC allowed!
A lot of IPs at no extra per-month cost. 128 IPs to start with would be nice.
Be able to configure the reverse dns records by my own, like through a CP on your website.
Need like 2-3GHz CPU
1GB RAM (512MB CAN be okay if it's a good deal)
500GB bandwidth
Preferably running FreeBSD
HDD 80GB
Price: max €99

Server will be set up in a month from now, as earliest. I need to develope the software it should be running first, can take all time to christmas maybe! :)

512MB DDR RAM (additional 512MB ram would cost 5 Euro per month)
80GB HDD
500GB transfers
FreeBSD
Remote reboot port
IRC allowed
Server location Frankfurt, Germany Telecity DC.

Monthly 95 Euro netto

You will have access to a webinterface via which you will be able to set revdns entries, reboot or power down the server, monitor the transfers etc.

For a 39 Euro one time you will be able to make a request for IPs thorugh RIPE (you will have to justify that though). There will be no additional charges for IPs.
