Dedicates server Europe

I`m looking for dedicated server in Europe(preffered countries: Netherland,Belgium,Sweden,UK,Germany) with following specifications.

IRC access(bouncer mostly)
at least 256MB of RAM
CPU SPEED is not so important
at least 8 or 10mbit connection (must be stable)
100-200GB bandwith per/month
at least 5 IP adresses with reverse DNS supported
FreeBSD is favoured, but any Linux distro would be ok too
must be able to accept WU or bank transfer payment
