Dear Forum members,
Beware of BTI. They block our account when we still have funds in our balance. This happened several times and we warned them to stop it or otherwise we'll start claiming about them in the forums but it seems they didn't take it into consideration. Every week we lose 70-100$ because of their billing. We had opened 2 disputes regarding that issue, but non of them was replied. They sold Pakistan route as 100% CLI, but in fact it was a grey route and they didn't change anything and we lost here too. Most of their routes are with FAS and when we ask them to fix the issue their helpless NOC doesn't do anything.
We want to advice you to be aware of this fraud company to avoid headache in your business.
