Looking for SAS type II in Northern VA

My company spends topppppp dolllarrrrr on marketing every month and has experienced tremendous growth in our 12 data center facilities. I am looking for a partnership for a TYPE II SAS70 certified facility and or colo provider within. We operate within several SAS70 type I facilities, but I have lost out on several extremely large (100k plus) annual contracts because I do not operate withing a type II facility.

Also, anyone in a tier 4 (rated by the uptime institute) please feel free to contact me as well, I have been seeing more and more requests for this type of facility.

IT ServerCenter is in NOVA. Site says they are Tier 4 rated. iTservercenter (http://www.eservercenter.com/data.htm) . Don't know on the SAS70 cert.
