Savis VS InterNap

Who provides better quality bandwidth between InetrNap and Savis. How about the prices and level of support. Do you think Savis is better than Internap?. If you have any comments or experience please share with me.

In most domestic areas where Internap is available, Internap will have better routing and lower latency then Savvis. Savvis is a whole lot cheaper
