disk-based data storage or tape storage?

What is the best solution for backup. Can you guys recommend disk based storage or tape storage?.

I would say disk-based data storage have more advantages.

Disk backup systems are more reliable than tape systems. Customer data is less restore errors, disk backup is much faster than tape disk backup systems . Additional storage arrays can be added to a disk backup cluster in near real time.
