* Maintain complete Datacenter documentation (Routers, switches, servers, assets, IP, etc)
* Datacenter inventory control.
* Network Management & proactive monitoring.
* Responsible for call center operations and providing technical support to our clients.
* Installation and configuration of new servers (Windows & Unix) and network equipment (Routers, switches, etc).
* Provide on-site support as and when required.
* Network assessment, up gradation & redesign if required.
* Providing requirements for new services to sales team.
* Continuously Evaluate / Audit Existing network and suggest changes.
* Datacenter & Infrastructure management (cooling system, power distribution, etc).
* Maintain SLA's according to Contracts.
* Maintain Datacenter Budget in accordance with the Sales Team.
* Responsible for ISP related issues and call escalation to ISP (Cogent/MCI/etc).
* Capacity planning according to sales forecast.
* Maintaining documentation for the client's servers.
* Disaster & Recovery Planning.
* Provide periodic reports.
