Must have 5+ years networking experience, CISCO certification, network trouble shooting knowledge - WWAN, LAN's, wireless using sniffer tools and able to work very independently with minimal supervision Will be required to:
Support Wireless Technology (knowledge of Symbol hardware would be asset)
Nortel 5520 configuration and trouble shooting knowledge
Trouble shoot Wlan Wan Lan
Nortel 8610, Cisco Router Knowledge
Use of Infinistream hardware sniffer tools to trouble shoot WLAN and LAN support calls.
VPN trouble shooting knowledge
