JOB DESCRIPTION:
VOICE SUPPORT ENGINEER
Must have residential experience to qualify for this role!
Minimum 5 years experience VoIP Support.
• Extensive experience with implementing carrier grade residential VoIP home phone services
• Extensive experience with VoIP Products and platforms, such Verso Technologies, Broadsoft and Nextone Asterisk
• Extensive experience with VoIP SBC’s (Session Border Controllers, such as ACME Packet and or VoiceFlow by Juniper Networks.
• Extensive experience in using VoIP ATA’s / Endpoints, such as Dlink, Sipura, Linksys and Grandstream
• In depth knowledge of the SIP and MGCP protocol stacks
Strong hands on experience:
-One Way media
-Ethereal
-DTMF-.
