CCIE Senior Networking Consultant - Bermuda
Our client is one of Bermuda's premier consulting firms specializing in the entire field of network and communications services. They are rapidly growing and currently have an opening for a Senior Cisco Consultant (CCIE).
Responsibilities will include:
- Consulting services - design, configure, implement and document IT projects at client sites
- Generating billable consulting hours and I.T. projects that involve hardware, software, and services.
- Provide sales support - identifying, recommending, and designing technology solutions to address specific client requirements.
- Providing senior level client support - installing and maintaining networking equipment.
- Other associated functions including system administration, technology recommendations, training, and assistance in other any areas related to IT planning.
- Research new technology and stay current with vendor offerings in order to keep business development team updated on latest technologies.
Requirements include:
- TCP/IP Networking Design experience (enterprise level routing, switching and wireless, IOS, QoS, VOIP, OSPF, BGP, etc)
- Security Design and Implementation (enterprise level, multiple firewalls, VPN meshes, IDS, etc);
- CCIE certification preferred along with other relevant Cisco certifications such as: CCNA, CCNP, CFS, CCSP, CCVP
This unique opportunity involves relocating to subtropical Bermuda for 2-3+ years. Due to the international move required, candidates should be highly portable, with outside interests that lend themselves to this beautiful and idyllic living environment.
Relocation assistance and other benefits will be offered to the successful candidate. Compensation is competitive, paid in USD equivalent and is nearly tax free (only 4.75%)!
