CSI Project Manager Role:

Project Manage the delivery execution phase of NSN CSI projects in Canada for Videotron , Bell and Telus Identify scope, work breakdown and deliverables for the proposed delivery project Manage resources Execute against the PM Process (initiate, plan, execute, control, close) Utilize NSN process and tools associated with CSI project execution Manages project cost, schedule, quality; risks, issues and changes according to PM and CSI Methodology
Required Experience and Skills:

• PM and CSI Methodology skills a must,
• Familiarity with OSS (Fault management, performance management, inventory
management, configuration management) ,
• Billing/charging/mediation/provisioning cross functional domain systems and
previous support for similar projects Planning & Organising,
• Delivery Quality & Results Deciding & Initiating Action ..
Additional Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 5 plus years experience in NSN CSI project management.
• Candidate must have good oral and written communication skills and possess
strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with MS-Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Visio)
• Canadian work visa (if no Canadian citizenship)
