Topography drawing, help finding software

I have used Visio, edraw and some others and have not found what i am looking for.


I am looking for the 3d layout drawing software that builds topographies like this:

Those images look like they have been specially created in a graphics package for marketing purposes as opposed to being created in a physical/ logical topology program.

I'd guess someone who's very good with something like Photoshop would be able to create something similar.

Both of those can be duplicated using Visio. The more professional designs usually for thermal studies is created using a CAD.
