I am just familiar with it and dont know much about VMware. Has anyone used it? i would love you hear your reviews and suggestions about it?

VMware has many products, which product are you interested on it? Most of the companies are going to VMware since it is cheap and they provide good solution.

I have been using it personally for a few years, commercially for just about a year. It is a great solution for server virtualization. Licensing and Support for VI3 Enterprise is not exactly cheap but it is currently the leader in Enterprise Virtualization. If you are evaluating different Virtualization technologies I would be able to help you explore your options to figure out the best fit.
