Stream Data Centers Names Chris Kincaid Vice President of Project Management

Stream Data Centers, a data center developer specializing in secure, highly efficient Private Data Centers for corporate users, recently announced the addition of Chris Kincaid as vice president of project management

In this position, Kincaid will oversee construction of the company’s data center facilities. He brings a high level of construction experience in the area of mechanical and electrical systems to Stream Data Centers’ development platform, which has delivered more than 120 megawatts of critical load over the past twelve years.

“Chris’s background in construction of mission critical facilities will be a tremendous asset for our team,” said Rob Kennedy, co-managing partner of Stream Data Centers.  “He adds great expertise to our design, construction and commissioning processes.  His hands-on approach assures the timely, high-quality and cost-controlled delivery that corporate data center users require.”

Kincaid brings 16 years of experience in management services, with 8 years dedicated to data center construction and commissioning. He will contribute extensive knowledge of all phases of commercial construction and strong MEP experience.

Stream Data Centers is expanding its team in response to rapid growth across Texas and in other select markets. Kincaid will manage construction of all Stream Data Centers’ facilities, including two purpose-built Private Data Centers under construction in the Dallas and Houston markets. Stream’s Private Data Center model utilizes 2N electrical / N+1 mechanical configuration, is built to Miami-Dade County Building Code standards and follows accredited construction practices required to achieve LEED Gold Certification.

Prior to joining Stream Data Centers, Kincaid worked for Lee Technologies, Inc., Emerson Network Power and the United States Air Force.
